Stop Congressional Poo

The U.S. economy is now shedding jobs. Why is it that Congress is STILL trying to import more workers for jobs that simply do not exist? Why is Congress holding loaded hearings, outside the public eye, trying to increase fraudulent H-1B programs? Why is Congress still trying to provide amnesty to illegal aliens without doing anything to secure our borders?

Congress must stop taking jobs away from American workers in favor of cheap foreign labor. Congress is destroying the American economy with this insistence on working only for wealthy corporations and foreign governments.

Congress must eliminate the criminal H-1B program, secure the American border, encourage employment of Americans, and support our struggling middle class. If Congress refuses to work for the American people, then we must vote them out of office and elect new representatives who will actually do the job for American citizens.

A Labor Day Message for Congress - Abolish Labor Day!

Happy Labor Day.

It's really too bad that Labor Day is now only a joke; a joke that the wealthy play on the middle class and the poor in America. Millions in this country are without decent paying jobs and 47 million are without health insurance. Every day more and more American jobs are sent overseas or given to illegal immigrants so that the rich can get even richer. Now, Mexican trucks will endanger our national security while transporting goods around this country, again taking away even more American jobs. What does Congress do about the injustices heaped upon hard working Americans? Congress does NOTHING!

Instead, Congress will once again try to pass laws increasing the fraudulent H1-B programs, giving away even more jobs to the foreign countries that Congress works for. No doubt Congress will again pursue amnesty for illegal aliens and pass laws that will throw our borders open to even more invading illegals from Mexico and other countries. Meanwhile, Congress will pass more tax cuts for the rich while cutting wages and benefits for those few Americans who still have decent jobs. Congress will continue to weaken union representation and gut the last few workers right provisions.

I ask Congress this: why not just admit that the American government is completely against American Labor and that Congress hates the American worker. Why not abolish the Labor Day holiday? After all, even our President can't stand to be in the country on Labor Day. Congress should show a rare bit of honesty and get rid of this meaningless holiday. Think of all the cost savings that corporate America would reap with one less holiday. What a boon this would be to the bottom line. And after all, that's all that really matters, isn't it?

Congress Coddling Criminals

Right now Congress trying to sneak past the American people with bills and amendments to decriminalize illegal immigrants, offer more benefits to these criminals, and increase a fraudulent H-1B program. What next, decriminalizing murder and offering benefits to rapists?

Meanwhile, Americans are being ripped off by credit companies, losing jobs to bad corporate management, and being killed by an unsupported infrastructure. Just how much more of this arrogant disregard for their constituents does Congress think the American people are going to take.

The strange thing is that Congress could have gotten most of what they wanted in the previous immigration bill, but they absolutely refused to agree to secure the border. They wanted to make promises, as was done 12 million illegals ago in 1986, but they would not agree to secure the border before getting amnesty for their cheap labor force. Now, the Democrats (and Arlen Spector, a faux Republican) are trying to sneak the parts of the bill that they liked past the American people who overwhelmingly objected to the amnesty portions of the bill. Oh, excuse me, Spector is just trying to decriminalize the illegal acts but that's not amnesty! Yeah, that sound you heard was my head banging off my desk.

Additionally, Congress is still looking to expand the H-1B program, even though that program is now known to be criminally fraudulent. Congress seems intent on putting every American out of work by whatever means possible. Meanwhile, they do nothing about Americans having to shoulder the burden of bad corporate management with higher and higher credit card rates and continued universal default rules. Nothing has been done to truly address these issues.
